After reviewing the proposed profiles, we will send you the contact details of the selected candidate to arrange a first meeting.
This meeting will be an opportunity to present the position in detail and discuss your respective expectations. This will allow you to jointly assess professional compatibility and set the compensation terms that suit both parties.
Hire and register 4/4
As soon as you have hired your employee, we strongly recommend drawing up a written employment contract.
We can also assist you with the procedures with Chèque service so that you can register your employee and remain compliant with the law.
Indeed, as an employer you have the legal obligation (Art. 12 LAVS; 34d RAVS) to declare your employee’s wages to the social insurance authorities and to take out accident insurance.
